Pubweblisher can create an affordable web design for your small or medium size business or organization and lease it back to you for only $399 for the first year.  This includes custom designing your website, purchasing a domain name on your behalf, and hosting for 12 months. As an added bonus, we will reduce the yearly fee to $199 if you continue  to lease your website after one year. There is no contract to sign and you may easily cancel at any time. We make having your small business website easy and affordable.
 
$399 Complete Business Website Design and Leasing Package Includes:
 
• Custom website up to 4 pages* (standard design & includes any of your digital pictures or our stock pictures)
• We will provide a domain name of your choice (www.yourname.com)
• No hassle guarantee. If you become unhappy with our services or decide to go with another hosting or design          service we will refund your money on unused months less $95 (our service is paid on an annual basis / pro-rated monthly).
• After the first year of service we will reduce the leasing fee to $199 per year**/ renewable yearly.
 

*   Any additional web pages will incur a $45 per hour charge for web design after 4 standard pages
    Standard design includes: intro page, about, contact, photo gallery page, menu, or similar. No shopping carts. [8.5x11 page size].
**  Second year leasing fee includes 2 hours of website revision, hosting, and domain registration
